Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to grow our business by actively seeking out new customers. This role requires someone energetic, persistent, and comfortable meeting potential clients in person to sell our diagnostic services. If you enjoy being on the move, building relationships, and closing deals, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- – Actively visit potential customers (hospitals, HMOs, clinics, businesses, and individuals) to promote and sell our services.
– Identify and develop new sales opportunities through direct engagement and networking.
– Pitch and present our services clearly and persuasively to decision-makers.
– Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently closing deals.
– Follow up on leads, inquiries, and outstanding payments to maintain strong customer relationships.
– Keep track of sales activities and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
– Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- – 3+ years of field sales experience in clinical diagnostics.
– Proactive, confident, and persistent with strong negotiation skills.
– Comfortable working independently and traveling to meet clients.
– Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
– Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
– Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
– Bachelor’s degree in Life sciences or a related field
